Privacy Policy

The application form may ask for your name, email address, Telegram handle, X handle, Discord username, Web3 and outreach experience, timezone, freelancing interests, portfolio link, referral information, reasons for applying, and confirmations about age, training, and the Outreach Agent Agreement.

You choose whether to provide optional fields. Required fields are identified in the form.

The application form stores an in-progress draft in your browser under the local storage key axzra-apply-draft so that the form can be restored on the same browser. The application code does not intentionally use analytics identifiers or collect a profile of your browsing activity.

The site also stores your selected visual theme in local storage. No account is required to browse the public pages.

Submitted information is used to review applications, contact applicants, and manage potential onboarding or engagement. The information is also used to operate the application workflow and confirm that required acknowledgements were made.

Depending on the deployment configuration, application data may be delivered to an email service through Resend, or stored in Notion or Airtable through the integrations present in the application. Those services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. The site does not expose the related service credentials to browsers.

The current application does not define a fixed retention period. Submitted information may remain in the configured delivery or record-keeping service until it is no longer needed or is deleted by the site operator. Draft information remains in your browser until it is submitted, cleared, or removed from browser storage.

Reasonable operational safeguards should be used to protect submitted information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Links to Telegram, Discord, email, and other external destinations are subject to the destination service’s own privacy practices. You may clear your local application draft through your browser’s site-storage controls. You may contact us to ask questions or request correction or deletion of information you submitted, and we will respond as appropriate under applicable law.

This policy may be updated when the site or application workflow changes. The current version and its revision date will remain available on this page.
